Features

Working principle of clutch master cylinder:

  1. The clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder are equivalent to two hydraulic cylinders. There are inlet and outlet oil pipes on the main pump, and there is only one pipe on the branch pump;
  2. Depress the clutch, the pressure of the master cylinder is transmitted to the slave cylinder, the slave cylinder works, and the separation fork separates the clutch pressure plate and plate from the flywheel. At this time, you can start shifting gears. Release the clutch, the wheel cylinder stops working, the clutch pressure plate and plate are in contact with the flywheel, power transmission continues, and the oil from the wheel cylinder flows back into the oil pot;
  3. When it is difficult to shift gears and the separation is incomplete, it is necessary to check the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder for oil leakage. If there is any problem, solve it in time to reduce wear. Do other corresponding inspections.

Under the action of the foot pedal, the master cylinder piston forces the fluid in front of the piston (hydraulic oil, which is generally used with brake fluid), and the fluid transmits this force to the wheel cylinder piston with the same size through the oil pipe, causing the wheel cylinder to The movement of the piston pushes the ejector rod, and the ejector rod pushes the separation lever of the clutch to realize clutch separation. When the pedal is released, the master cylinder piston returns to its original position under the reaction of the piston return spring and the release lever, and the clutch reengages.

When the clutch pedal is depressed, the hydraulic oil squeezed out from the clutch master cylinder enters the inner cavity of the booster through the oil pipe. As the pedal stroke increases, the amount of oil entering the booster increases and the oil pressure increases. At this time, the hydraulic oil pushes the piston and the core rod diaphragm assembly move to the right, the exhaust hole at the end of the core rod is blocked by the poppet valve, and the poppet valve is opened, so that the compressed air from the air reservoir enters the power piston through the right cavity of the core rod diaphragm assembly In the left chamber, as the opening stroke of the poppet valve increases, the compressed air pushes the power piston, push rod, hydraulic piston, and push rod to move to the right and pushes the clutch release fork to rotate, causing the clutch release bearing to push the lever washer forward, thereby disengaging the clutch.
